  • What types of mental health conditions do you specialize in treating?
    At our clinic, we treat a range of mental health disorders, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
  • What are the insurances you accept at Clear Mind?
    We accept: Optum-UHC United Health Care Cigna Megallan BCBS
  • What are your opening hours?
    We open Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm)
  • What is psychotherapy?
    Psychotherapy is a type of talk therapy that involves meeting with a mental health professional to address emotional and mental health issues and develop coping skills to manage symptoms of mental health disorders. We provide brief psychotherapy session at our clinic.
  • How Much do Services Cost? / What if I don't have Insurance? / What if my Insurance is not Listed?
    Feel free to call our office at (623) 203-6183 to see if we take your specific insurance, otherwise we do also offer private pay (out-of-pocket). For patients WITHOUT insurance, our private pay price $100 per 30 minute appointment, with the exception of the first appointment (intake), which is $200 for a 60 minute appointment. Having this initial 60 minute intake allows time to collect all relevant medical and mental health information such as allergies and medication history, while still allowing enough time for a productive first encounter in which all questions and concerns can be addressed and treatment options discussed in detail.
  • What is a psychiatric evaluation?
    A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive assessment (by our provider) of an individual's mental health that includes a medical and psychiatric history, mental status examination, and other assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
  • What services do you offer at your psychiatric mental health clinic?
    At our clinic, we offer services for all psychiatric and mental health problems ranging from psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and referrals to other healthcare professionals and community services.
  • What is medication management?
    Medication management is a service provided at our clinic that involves prescribing medication to treat mental health disorders such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
  • What is crisis intervention?
    Crisis intervention is a service provided at our clinic that offers immediate help during mental health crises, including suicidal ideation, self-harm, and other emergencies.
  • Where are the Appointments held/ Where is the Office?
    All appointments are 100% online, so anyone living in Arizona is eligible to request an appointment and receive services from the comfort of their home. All documents, medication prescriptions, lab requests, etc. are sent and received securely online. We encourage our patients to find a nice quiet spot free from distractions for their appointments.
